Excellent Safari experience... I had a vacation and did not have a clue to where my next destination could be. Benjamin and David have been amazing throughout the trip. Benjamin has tailor made an itinerary for me to stay in Mara for 3 nights to have more chances seeing the river crossing and we did!! He also gives prompt respond to emails/ enquiries, which facilitates the communication.

Visiting Kenya & Tanzania were always in my bucket-list, but when I went there myself, everything is above my expectations. The Masai Mara in Kenya and Serengeti in Tanzania are a MUST for those who love nature and wilderness. The vastness of the savannah and the beautiful wild animals that I could see in the open were really the highlights of my adventures. Thanks to our driver and tour guide Enock, we saw a lot of animals and scenes especially some rare one such as the black rhino, leopard and the river crossing of wildebeests. Top of the game team! We booked a 7-day Safari tour in Kenya with KIT in September 2024. It was an absolutely fantastic experience overall with Benjamin’s help in organising the tour and David and Sammy as our guide/ drivers.

Benjamin was professional, attentive to details, and responsive throughout the process - from quotation, pre-trip preparation to airport pickup. The itinerary was customised to our needs and comprehensive, covering the key national parks including Maasai Mara. We particularly appreciate his advice on accommodation and help with arranging a birthday surprise for our friend (best idea ever!!!) Flexible and up close. Traveling to Africa from the US is a tiring but overwhelmingly rewarding experience. I appreciated the flexibility that our guide, Fredrick, had with our itinerary. He also got us in a spot to see a pride of lions, including a cub up close from the safety of the vehicle of course.

Safari dreams came true! 一圓獵遊夢！ ​​Benjamin and our safari driver Gideon were so patient and experienced. The very first day because the flight was delayed, we couldn’t arrive at the airport as scheduled. Benjamin tracked our new flight and adjusted the itinerary to adapt to this unexpected situation. Also the safari tour in Amboseli, lake Naivasha, and Masai Mara were awesome! We were lucky to see the black rhinoceros, lion papa, lion mama, and lion babies in a very short distance. They just lay down next to our car! During the whole safari tour, our driver Gideon shared lots of knowledge about animals and stories with us. He recognized every road by heart, and knew where to see animals. Gideon was undoubtedly professional and very kind. 我想他可能不一定知道，在最後一天晚上奈洛比的住宿，我們有多感激他可以陪著我們上樓確認房間。在肯亞旅遊的短暫９天，其實小費都給了，那個時候時間也很晚了，因為錯過飛機而必須流浪他鄉的四個女生，看到奈洛比的保全還真的是覺得不太安全啊！

在我們沒有任何要求之下，他主動陪我們去確認房間，爬上六樓確定所有的事情都沒問題了，機場接送也都講好了，才跟我們說再見跟離開～

那一刻真的真心想哭....覺得奈洛比有點可怕但是好險我們有尼姆洛特先生～哈哈

我想他會是一個很好的爸爸～太溫暖了！！！！

We had an amazing safari with KITS !!!!

I’ve made a search about the safari at Kenya, I found hundreds of companies and so many different packages. After I compared thirty to forty companies, then I emailed to several companies.

Kenya Incentives Tours & Safaris was one of them but Benjamin from Kenya Incentives Tours & Safaris was the first to reply.

Benjamin replied rapidly and he planned a customization package tour for us. I just list some national parks, and he gave me the suggestion. We have a lot of discussions about the schedule and it was just like we didn’t live in different time zones.

Because the date we booked was a little bit late, but he still tried his best. He didn't ask us to pay the deposit before he checked the accommodation was available or not. After we pay the deposit, he booked the accommodation as soon as possible and also email me the confirmation from the hotel. He also informed me some important information ex, E-visa, the weather of Kenya etc.

Benjamin pick up us and took us to buy the sim card and exchange the money. After that, we got a colorful Itinerary and had a short but complete briefing before we depart to the first national park. During the tour, he still kept contact with us. Once we get into trouble or something wrong with the hotel, I wrote email or FB messages to him, he still replied me rapidly and we could figure our problem as soon as possible.

And the BEST is our Professional Safari Driver -Nimrod!!!!

WE felt so lucky that we could go traveling with him!!!! Nimrod would inquiry us almost every two hours that did we need the washroom and he always appeared silently when we were ready to go. He also prepared the ice cubes to cool the water and he would cleaned up the car and put on what we lost inside of the car on the chair.

Almost every morning we had around 3-5hrs game driving and 2-3hrs for evening game driving. He introduced the characteristics of Kenya along the way. He has lots of knowledge about the animals, and he could smell the animals. We traced the Wildebeest Migration and also saw lots of animals, like the "Reticulated Giraffe", "Gravy’s Zebra", "Baisser Oryx", "Vulturine Ginnie fowl", and the "Somali Ostrich", the 5 Unique animals at Samburu Park. And we also met Lions, Elephants, Buffalo's, Cheetahs, White Rhinos, Giraffes, Antelopes, Warthogs, Birds, Hyenas, heartbeats, Elands, Gazelles, Cheetahs, Ostriches Zebras etc.
At the final day, because of we change the original boarding time , we had to live at Nairobi. The guest house is just near the airport but it was really a little bit messy and seemed not safe for female. Nimrod took us to that apartment and helped us to contact with the staff, accompanied us to the room made sure everything was allright then just left.

我們的driver-Nimrod超級優秀，非常細心。沿路介紹了肯亞的特色，包含經過的城鎮、作物等等，也很了解動物，也很會找動物，幾乎天天都很早出門，一出去就是三到四個小時，下午也是三小時左右才會回來。

最後一個晚上不得不住在奈洛比機場附近的小民宿，Nimrod陪我們確定好所有事情包含房間才離開！！！很推薦這間旅行社及專業的driver guide!!!

13 days Kenya and Tanzania We joined a 13 days Kenya and Tanzania tour in late June. Our driver guide John is excellent, his superb driving skills, attention to details and passion for animals made our trip so smooth and memorable. We managed to see the Big 5s and took pictures from the perfect angle. Those moments were astonishing, but what meant the most to me were the small moments. My heart fluttered when the giraffes were walking under the moon, when the camels walked by our jeep and when the baby animals were playing on the plains. Kenya Incentive Tours and Safari We booked a trip for 2 nights and 1 day at the masaai mara. Benjamin came to meet us at our hotel together with our driver Kennedy. We got all the information we needed which was quite informative. We set off for our trip which was long for our 4 year old but Kennedy was fantastic. He stopped when we needed to and our journey was comfortable. Our game drive was excellent and we really enjoyed ourselves. Kennedy was a very excellent guide we got to see all the animals on our wish list and then some. We even spotted the rhino which is a rare animal to see with them being extremely careful,but our driver was very dedicated and he followed up with the animal until we spotted it. We enjoyed our trip and highly recommend KITS. They work with your budget whatever it is to make sure you have a good experience overall.

We had an amazing 8 days safari honeymoon offered by KITS. Before kickoff we had emails back and forth discussing the itinerary, they are so passionate and giving us so many advice, helping to book the accommodation. During the trip, we luckily saw the big five and several beautiful animals.

KITS organized a professional and well-planned 8-day safari for us. Their team is highly experienced and was able to customize the itinerary to meet our needs. Even when one of our group members faced unexpected flight changes, they helped adjust the schedule so that our trip remained smooth and enjoyable.

Our guide and driver, John, was incredibly professional and attentive. He knew the animals’ habits so well that we were able to spot the Big Five with his guidance. He also shared fascinating insights about the local wildlife, ecosystems, and culture. Although we didn’t get to witness the river crossing this time, the breathtaking scenery, vibrant local life, and the charm of the wildlife—paired with the comfortable accommodations—made this journey truly unforgettable.

11 days 10 nights in Kenya and Tanzania - Fabulous time with KITS I would highly recommend Kenya Incentive Tours.

Itinerary
Our family (group of five) joined a 11 days 10 nights trip (6 nights in Kenya and 4 nights in Tanzania) arranged by Kenya Incentives Tour. We had a fantastic time! The itinerary for Kenya’s portion was perfect! We saw a lot within just 7 days (6 nights) in Kenya and there is nothing I would wish for the itinerary to be changed. The itinerary for Tanzania was pretty intense for us but we were constrained by time. For anyone considering a trip to Kenya and/or Tanzania, I would recommend spending 6 nights in each country, or to split them up into two trips.

Tour operator
Prior to the trip, we had been communicating with Benjamin, managing director of KITS through emails and WhatsApp, and Benjamin was always responsive. Throughout the trip, he checked in with us periodically to make sure everything is okay. He also took our feedback very seriously, taking prompt action to address our feedback. I am sure future clients booking a trip with KITS will have an even better experience.

Accommodation
We are generally happy with the accommodation arranged by KITS.

Safari experience and Driver
We were very fortunate to have spotted many animals (including some very rare catch) - thanks to our very knowledgeable drivers. We saw all the big fives and ugly fives - quite a lot of them pretty up close! We witnessed lioness killing waterbuck, leopard passing by our car, lion cubs playing on roadside, black rhino (for a few times!).

Our drivers in Kenya and Tanzania demonstrated very good understanding about the characteristics and habits of the animals.

I would also want to give a special shout out to our Kenyan driver David (whom I noticed a few others have already complimented him on this Tripadvisor page). David was very strategic in finding animals. He made sound judgement calls on whether to wait for certain animals or to move on. He also had great artistic eye for beautiful photo spots.

Final tips
1) Bring good binoculars and/or good zoom lens. The binoculars we bought from online store were mediocre - which is not very helpful for us to see animals that are far away. You would be able to see a lot more details (such as flies and birds around the animal’s head!) with a good pair of binoculars.

2) Bring a fleece jacket as mornings and evenings could be quite chilly.

We joined 8 days tour and they provided an amazing experience to me while I’m in Kenya. I respect their attitudes and passion not only for their own business but also for entire Kenya tourism. Their driver is professional and always follow the safari rules which I think this behaviour should be spoke up. I highly recommend this and we planned to join this company for our next trip to Tanzania.
