During the coordination stage, KITS' contact person, Manager Benjamin, demonstrated fairness and efficiency, swiftly handling all the arrangements for the itinerary and accommodations. Upon arriving in Nairobi, Benjamin personally came to the hotel with the safari guide to explain the itinerary in detail, showing professionalism.
The guide, David, who also served as the driver, was very cautious while driving, never speeding, and always maintaining a safe distance when overtaking, which made us feel assured about road safety. Whether we wanted to stop for coffee or use the restroom along the way, he was able to find suitable places.
Throughout the journey, David shared insights about Kenya's culture and traditions, giving us a deeper understanding of the country. When we reached the national park, his sharp eyes always spotted hidden animals and guided us in observing them. David was highly knowledgeable about wildlife behavior, not only locating animals and explaining their habits but also predicting their movements, helping us find the best vantage points. He was equally skilled in identifying various bird species in addition to the large animals.
Apart from the airfare, KITS handled the entire itinerary and accommodations in Kenya, and we were very satisfied with the quality of the trip.

Flexible and up close. Traveling to Africa from the US is a tiring but overwhelmingly rewarding experience. I appreciated the flexibility that our guide, Fredrick, had with our itinerary. He also got us in a spot to see a pride of lions, including a cub up close from the safety of the vehicle of course.

Their knowledge of animals, nature, and local people made our trip very educational and unforgettable. Thanks to Peter's six senses and patients we have even seen zebra and wildebeest migration from Tanzania to Kenya. That was something to watch! We highly recommend booking safari trips with KITS.

Excellent experience of safari trip! Excellent experience during 8 days safari trip. Thanks to our driver and tour guide Enock, we saw a lot of animals and scenes especially some rare one such as the black rhino, leopard and the river crossing of wildebeests. Excellent experience of safari trip! Excellent experience during 8 days safari trip. Thanks to our driver and tour guide Enock, we saw a lot of animals and scenes especially some rare one such as the black rhino, leopard and the river crossing of wildebeests. Benjamin and David have been amazing throughout the trip. Benjamin has tailor made an itinerary for me to stay in Mara for 3 nights to have more chances seeing the river crossing and we did!! He also gives prompt respond to emails/ enquiries, which facilitates the communication.
David, our guide is really experienced. He taught us a lot not only about the animals, but also the culture, history of Kenya.
This has been an amazing trip and I would highly recommend everyone to join KITS. 🙂

Benjamin and David have been amazing throughout the trip. Benjamin has tailor made an itinerary for me to stay in Mara for 3 nights to have more chances seeing the river crossing and we did!! He also gives prompt respond to emails/ enquiries, which facilitates the communication.
David, our guide is really experienced. He taught us a lot not only about the animals, but also the culture, history of Kenya.

Excellent Safari experience... I had a vacation and did not have a clue to where my next destination could be. When I contacted several tour agencies, Kenya Incentive Safaris was the first to reply in a detailed and more professional manner. I therefore decided to book with them. Benjamin put together our bucket list and came up with a 3-day safari experience. Our driver guide Kennedy was so professional and managed to spot the 'Big Five'. 13 days Kenya and Tanzania We joined a 13 days Kenya and Tanzania tour in late June. Our driver guide John is excellent, his superb driving skills, attention to details and passion for animals made our trip so smooth and memorable. We managed to see the Big 5s and took pictures from the perfect angle. Those moments were astonishing, but what meant the most to me were the small moments. My heart fluttered when the giraffes were walking under the moon, when the camels walked by our jeep and when the baby animals were playing on the plains.
