Wild Wild Weekend 🦁 Thanks to Benjamin and Kennedy for organizing and conducting our short but comprehensive adventure. According to the program, we had 2 Parks - Tsavo East and Amboseli. We wanted rain and clouds - we got it, we wanted to see lionesses - we saw them many and so close.
Unfortunately, we did not see Kilimanjaro completely, but we will leave this for next time.
In terms of organization, everything was on time and promptly. Perhaps, of the many companies where I contacted for information on tours, the answers from Benjamin were "lightning fast", which is very important for all of us - busy people.

Next time for a trip (we would like to go to Masai Mara) we will gladly trust this Company again.

我想他可能不一定知道，在最後一天晚上奈洛比的住宿，我們有多感激他可以陪著我們上樓確認房間。在肯亞旅遊的短暫９天，其實小費都給了，那個時候時間也很晚了，因為錯過飛機而必須流浪他鄉的四個女生，看到奈洛比的保全還真的是覺得不太安全啊！

在我們沒有任何要求之下，他主動陪我們去確認房間，爬上六樓確定所有的事情都沒問題了，機場接送也都講好了，才跟我們說再見跟離開～

那一刻真的真心想哭....覺得奈洛比有點可怕但是好險我們有尼姆洛特先生～哈哈

我想他會是一個很好的爸爸～太溫暖了！！！！

We had an amazing safari with KITS !!!!

I’ve made a search about the safari at Kenya, I found hundreds of companies and so many different packages. After I compared thirty to forty companies, then I emailed to several companies.

Kenya Incentives Tours & Safaris was one of them but Benjamin from Kenya Incentives Tours & Safaris was the first to reply.

Benjamin replied rapidly and he planned a customization package tour for us. I just list some national parks, and he gave me the suggestion. We have a lot of discussions about the schedule and it was just like we didn’t live in different time zones.

Because the date we booked was a little bit late, but he still tried his best. He didn't ask us to pay the deposit before he checked the accommodation was available or not. After we pay the deposit, he booked the accommodation as soon as possible and also email me the confirmation from the hotel. He also informed me some important information ex, E-visa, the weather of Kenya etc.

Benjamin pick up us and took us to buy the sim card and exchange the money. After that, we got a colorful Itinerary and had a short but complete briefing before we depart to the first national park. During the tour, he still kept contact with us. Once we get into trouble or something wrong with the hotel, I wrote email or FB messages to him, he still replied me rapidly and we could figure our problem as soon as possible.

And the BEST is our Professional Safari Driver -Nimrod!!!!

WE felt so lucky that we could go traveling with him!!!! Nimrod would inquiry us almost every two hours that did we need the washroom and he always appeared silently when we were ready to go. He also prepared the ice cubes to cool the water and he would cleaned up the car and put on what we lost inside of the car on the chair.

Almost every morning we had around 3-5hrs game driving and 2-3hrs for evening game driving. He introduced the characteristics of Kenya along the way. He has lots of knowledge about the animals, and he could smell the animals. We traced the Wildebeest Migration and also saw lots of animals, like the "Reticulated Giraffe", "Gravy’s Zebra", "Baisser Oryx", "Vulturine Ginnie fowl", and the "Somali Ostrich", the 5 Unique animals at Samburu Park. And we also met Lions, Elephants, Buffalo's, Cheetahs, White Rhinos, Giraffes, Antelopes, Warthogs, Birds, Hyenas, heartbeats, Elands, Gazelles, Cheetahs, Ostriches Zebras etc.
At the final day, because of we change the original boarding time , we had to live at Nairobi. The guest house is just near the airport but it was really a little bit messy and seemed not safe for female. Nimrod took us to that apartment and helped us to contact with the staff, accompanied us to the room made sure everything was allright then just left.

我們的driver-Nimrod超級優秀，非常細心。沿路介紹了肯亞的特色，包含經過的城鎮、作物等等，也很了解動物，也很會找動物，幾乎天天都很早出門，一出去就是三到四個小時，下午也是三小時左右才會回來。

最後一個晚上不得不住在奈洛比機場附近的小民宿，Nimrod陪我們確定好所有事情包含房間才離開！！！很推薦這間旅行社及專業的driver guide!!!

Top of the game team! We booked a 7-day Safari tour in Kenya with KIT in September 2024. It was an absolutely fantastic experience overall with Benjamin’s help in organising the tour and David and Sammy as our guide/ drivers.

Benjamin is very positive and responsible, and his replies to messages and emails are very timely. He responds positively to any questions and gives the best advice, which really makes people feel safe.

I was also lucky enough to have lunch with Benjamin in Nairobi during the trip. He also asked me about the travel preferences and habits of Taiwanese people. In addition to the need to expand business, he also actively wants to improve better service quality. It is really a constant pursuit.

Excellent Safari Experience My family and I just completed a 8 day Kenyan Safari with KITS, and we couldn’t have been happier with Benjamin and his team. Communication was quick and responsive from initial contact, planning, during the safari, and after the safari. My mom and I had an amazing experience from start to finish with KITS. Ken was one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had. He was very personable and made us feel safe and cared for. He went out of his way to show us the animals (including birds!) that we wanted to see and was very knowledgeable and patient when sharing facts. Ken was also extremely patient (compared to other drivers) and strategic when positioning the car to view the animals which we highly appreciated.

Although we didn't get to see the river crossing, we were able to see the Big 5 over the span of 4 days (Lake Nakaru 1 day and Masai Mara for 3 days)!

Fantastic experience!!! I was looking for things to do in Kenya for the short time I was there. I was referred to KITS by a friend that had previously went on tour with KITS. I contacted Benjamin who was very quick to get back to us, everything was organized in a few hours. Benjamin was able to work with the busy schedule I had which was a plus. He took us to the giraffe center where we got to see and feed the giraffes. This was quite an experience . I was very pleased with Benjamin and team for this amazing experience. Fantastic safari During the coordination stage, KITS' contact person, Manager Benjamin, demonstrated fairness and efficiency, swiftly handling all the arrangements for the itinerary and accommodations. Upon arriving in Nairobi, Benjamin personally came to the hotel with the safari guide to explain the itinerary in detail, showing professionalism.

The guide, David, who also served as the driver, was very cautious while driving, never speeding, and always maintaining a safe distance when overtaking, which made us feel assured about road safety. Whether we wanted to stop for coffee or use the restroom along the way, he was able to find suitable places.

Throughout the journey, David shared insights about Kenya's culture and traditions, giving us a deeper understanding of the country. When we reached the national park, his sharp eyes always spotted hidden animals and guided us in observing them. Wonderful memories - Safari in Kenya Thanks to Benjamin and KITS TOURS for helping us arrange a very perfect Safari itinerary and accommodation in May 2025. Thanks to Benjamin and Kennedy for organizing and conducting our short but comprehensive adventure. According to the program, we had 2 Parks - Tsavo East and Amboseli. We wanted rain and clouds - we got it, we wanted to see lionesses - we saw them many. Unfortunately, we did not see Kilimanjaro completely, but we will leave this for next time.
In terms of organization, everything was on time and promptly. Perhaps, of the many Companies where I contacted for information on tours, the answers from Benjamin were "lightning fast", which is very important for all of us - busy people.

Next time for a trip (we would like to go to Masai Mara) we will gladly trust this Company again.

Benjamin was accommodating and patient while we planned our trip. He was always available to answer our endless questions and give valuable advice. He helped to create a great itinerary for our trip.
The trip was a wonderful lifetime experience. Our guides (Daniel and Peter) went above and beyond in making sure that we have seen all and even hard to see and rare animals and birds. Their knowledge of animals, nature, and local people made our trip very educational and unforgettable. Thanks to Peter's six senses and patients we have even seen zebra and wildebeest migration from Tanzania to Kenya. That was something to watch! We highly recommend booking safari trips with KITS.

Great adventure with KITS! The team were fantastic! Ben made sure we had everything we needed before we even went on the trip. Our driver Peter was excellent and made it happen. We saw all the animals - everything! Including baby lions which was the highlight of our trip as well as spotting a leopard on the move (this is particularly rare). 11 days 10 nights in Kenya and Tanzania - Fabulous time with KITS I would highly recommend Kenya Incentive Tours.

Itinerary
Our family (group of five) joined a 11 days 10 nights trip (6 nights in Kenya and 4 nights in Tanzania) arranged by Kenya Incentives Tour. We had a fantastic time! The itinerary for Kenya’s portion was perfect! We saw a lot within just 7 days (6 nights) in Kenya and there is nothing I would wish for the itinerary to be changed. The itinerary for Tanzania was pretty intense for us but we were constrained by time. For anyone considering a trip to Kenya and/or Tanzania, I would recommend spending 6 nights in each country, or to split them up into two trips.

Tour operator
Prior to the trip, we had been communicating with Benjamin, managing director of KITS through emails and WhatsApp, and Benjamin was always responsive. Throughout the trip, he checked in with us periodically to make sure everything is okay. He also took our feedback very seriously, taking prompt action to address our feedback. I am sure future clients booking a trip with KITS will have an even better experience.

Accommodation
We are generally happy with the accommodation arranged by KITS.

Safari experience and Driver
We were very fortunate to have spotted many animals (including some very rare catch) - thanks to our very knowledgeable drivers. We saw all the big fives and ugly fives - quite a lot of them pretty up close! We witnessed lioness killing waterbuck, leopard passing by our car, lion cubs playing on roadside, black rhino (for a few times!).

Our drivers in Kenya and Tanzania demonstrated very good understanding about the characteristics and habits of the animals.

I would also want to give a special shout out to our Kenyan driver David (whom I noticed a few others have already complimented him on this Tripadvisor page). David was very strategic in finding animals. He made sound judgement calls on whether to wait for certain animals or to move on. He also had great artistic eye for beautiful photo spots.

Final tips
1) Bring good binoculars and/or good zoom lens. The binoculars we bought from online store were mediocre - which is not very helpful for us to see animals that are far away. You would be able to see a lot more details (such as flies and birds around the animal’s head!) with a good pair of binoculars.

2) Bring a fleece jacket as mornings and evenings could be quite chilly.

I had an amazing day thanks to the Team at Kenya Incentives Tours & Safaris (KITS): It started before getting to Kenya through several emails and text messages to decide on what to pack in a single day. The communication was easy and friendly. Then, on the day I was warmly welcomed and the tour started. Everything went according to schedule. The driver was friendly and a safe driver. My favorite part was the cycling tour of Hells gate National park. I was lucky to have a great guide, Hassan, who could spot wild animals very easily. He also took time to show me some plants and flowers and he made the experience unforgettable. The boat ride at Lake Naivasha was also amazing with so many birds to spot. Overall a great day made very special thanks to the KITS team. Only point for improvement was the lunch that was disappointing compared to everything else.

My family and I just completed a 8 day Kenyan Safari with KITS, and we couldn’t have been happier with Benjamin and his team. Excellent Safari experience... I had a vacation and did not have a clue to where my next destination could be.
