Itinerary

Day 1 :
ARRIVAL DAY
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro international airport, you will be warmly greeted by your driver guide, after short introduction you will be offered bottles of mineral water followed by a private transfer to the hotel in Arusha for dinner and overnight. Depending on your arrival time, you will have good opportunity to explore the hotel`s surroundings. Day 2 :
DRIVE TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK FOR GAME DRIVES AND GAME VIEWINGS
After breakfast at your lodge, you will embark to Tarangire national park for game drives and game viewings. Tarangire is Tanzania’s third largest national park and sanctuary for an unusually large elephant population. Majestic baobab trees are also an interesting feature of the park, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. Your game drives may reveal lions, giraffes, wildebeest, elephants, Zebras, wildebeests and much more. Lunchboxes shall be served to you by your driver guide at the picnic site inside the park with some rest before proceeding with game drives. Day 3 :
EXPLORE THE MAASAI CULTURE ON YOUR WAY TO SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
After a hearty breakfast at our lodge, we embark on a scenic drive towards the Serengeti, making a stop at a stunning viewpoint overlooking the majestic Ngorongoro Crater. From this vantage point, we take in the awe-inspiring panorama before continuing our journey. As we proceed, we have the privilege of delving into the vibrant Maasai culture during a captivating cultural tour in a nearby Maasai village. Engaging with the Maasai people, witnessing their traditional dances, exploring their bomas, and connecting with their artisans will leave us with a deeper appreciation for their rich heritage. With our hearts and minds enriched by this immersive cultural experience, we eagerly continue our adventure towards the legendary Serengeti National Park, where incredible wildlife encounters and breathtaking landscapes await. Day 4 :
FOLLOW THE WILDEBEEST MIGRATION IN THE NORTH SERENGETI
Awake to the awe-inspiring surroundings of the world’s greatest wildlife sanctuary, surrounded by wild animals as you enjoy a delightful breakfast. Today, set off on an exhilarating adventure as you follow the epic migration of wildebeest towards the northern part of the Serengeti. Along the way, be prepared to witness breathtaking landscapes and encounter a plethora of captivating wildlife and diverse bird species. During the journey, indulge in a delicious lunch served at a picturesque picnic site, allowing you to savor the flavors of the wilderness. Afterward, continue with game drives, soaking in the stunning vistas, and immersing yourself in the abundant wildlife. As the day comes to a close, make your way to your lodge or camp, where you can refresh with a shower, unwind, and enjoy a delectable dinner. Day 5 :
WILDEBEEST MIGRATION IN THE NORTHERN SERENGETI
This day is purely dedicated for exceptional game drives, and our aim is to explore, the greatest of the world`s wildebeest migration on its action. This is the annual circular movement of massive numbers of wildebeests in conjunction with large number of Zebras, and other small to large sized herbivores animals accompanied by some predator animals moving in great accord in search of water, and green pastures through central, west, and northern part of the Serengeti, and Masai Mara game reserve in Kenya. Expect to drive between huge herds of wildebeests, and zebras, and if you are lucky enough, you can spot them attempting to cross the mighty Mara River where giant crocodiles dwell, awaiting to feast on weak, and clumsiness individuals. Also, it is common to encounter pride of lions gathering at a kill or setting an ambush, hyenas, and vultures scavenging at the abandoned buffalo kill. Dinner, and overnight at your lodge or camp. Day 6 :
EN ROUTE GAME DRIVES, NORTH TO CENTRAL SERENGETI
Embark on en route game drives from the north to central, with the added possibility of encountering other elusive wildlife. While the wildebeest migration takes precedence, the Serengeti is home to a diverse range of fascinating animals. Keep your eyes peeled for the chance to spot majestic lions, graceful cheetahs, elusive leopards, towering giraffes, and mighty elephants. Our experienced guides will skillfully navigate the terrain, increasing the likelihood of encountering these remarkable creatures that may have eluded you thus far. Day 7 :
GAME DRIVES INSIDE NGORONGORO CRATER TO KARATU
Early in morning and after breakfast, leave the camp or lodge with your packed lunches ready for another exciting day. Today your expert safari guide will lead you into the Ngorongoro crater for a wonderful game drives. The Ngoro Ngoro crater is the 8th wonder of the Natural World, spreading over 102 sq. miles and has 2.000 ft high walls, making it virtually a Noah’s ark like, it is inhabited by almost every species of wildlife that is indigenous to East Africa including the rare and endangered black rhinos, other animals that can be revealed on your game drives are Elands, Lions, Waterbucks, Wildebeests, Hyenas, jackals, African Elephants, Buffaloes, Secretive leopards, Cheetahs, hippos and many more alongside hundreds of bird species eg. Maasai Ostrich, Kori bustard, Ibis, Starlings etc. Lunchboxes shall be served to you at the picnic point inside the crater. Later ascend the crater walls and drive further to Karatu for dinner and overnight at the Lodge/Camp.
