Excellent experience of safari trip! Excellent experience during 8 days safari trip. Incredible time with Fantastic Beasts! Benjamin and Kennedy were there to be sure we’d have the best time and they did not disappoint us! Kennedy was able to locate almost all animals we were hopeful to see. Kennedy was flexible with his timeframes that allowed us a little extra time each morning. He always had a full cooler of water for us and the box lunch for the full day game drive was full and loaded with several tasty options. Visiting the Maasai Mara Tribe was certainly a highlight for our group of travelers. The hot air balloon add-on was also a real treat.

Future travelers, the roads on Safari are very narrow and rocky. Be prepared with Dramamine and for near misses. It’s part of the adventure. We highly recommend Benjamin and Kennedy. They were amazing!

Our owner Benjamin and guide David were exceptionally attentive and detail-oriented. They meticulously inquired about our preferences beforehand to create a customized itinerary, and they constantly went above and beyond to satisfy our needs during the trip.

As a dedicated birdwatching group, we were so impressed that Benjamin helped source bird books for us. David is a top-tier professional with superb birding skills and a deep understanding of animal habits. He actively helped us list the birds we encountered and flexibly adjusted the itinerary to maximize our sightings.

Reservations for a Group Stay I am the Director of a nonprofit organization, AARAMA. I had booked 29 persons to Kenya and the hotel we choose was Sentrim 680 in downtown Nairobi Kenya. Benjamin at Kenya Incentives interceded on our behalf by securing the room reservations. He was amazing, I forwarded to Benjamin the room configuration details for our group and upon check in at the hotel all went very smooth.

I mentioned this because having travel to Nairobi numerous times, I have discovered that hotels require information that have been troublesome for me to provide to them, especially since our groups are diverse and from different States in the US.

Excellent Safari experience... I had a vacation and did not have a clue to where my next destination could be. When I contacted several tour agencies, Kenya Incentive Safaris was the first to reply in a detailed and more professional manner. I therefore decided to book with them. Benjamin put together our bucket list and came up with a 3-day safari experience. Our driver guide Kennedy was so professional and managed to spot the 'Big Five'. Flexible and up close. Traveling to Africa from the US is a tiring but overwhelmingly rewarding experience. I appreciated the flexibility that our guide, Fredrick, had with our itinerary. He also got us in a spot to see a pride of lions, including a cub up close from the safety of the vehicle of course.

Amazing safari with KITS Benjamin and David have been amazing throughout the trip. Benjamin has tailor made an itinerary for me to stay in Mara for 3 nights to have more chances seeing the river crossing and we did!! He also gives prompt respond to emails/ enquiries, which facilitates the communication.

MAGIC!!! That was amazing adventure. Team were absolutely fantastic - Ben was our the best contact in Kenya - always helpful and nice. Our driver - Aziz was excellent person - perfect combination of peaceful and friendly attitude and wide knowledge. We saw a lot of animals in their own home. We wrote to 3 travel agents in Kenya and picked KITS because of speediest replies. Communications were easy via emails and WhatsApp messages. We paid half of the deposit nearer to our trip and paid the other half on Day 1. Benjamin, the owner of the company came to welcome us before we started our trip. He texted to check on us the next day and had a farewell lunch with us on the last day of our trip. We all felt very well taken care of. The best part of our trip was attributed to our guide David. He is really the no 1. He drives carefully, abides the park rules and very professional. He asked for our wishlist and tried to fulfill our wishes to see the animals that we wanted to see. We managed to see the big five within a week of our week. We have learnt so many new things thanks to him. This is one unforgettable trip of my life.

Thanks to Benjamin and Kennedy for organizing and conducting our short but comprehensive adventure. According to the program, we had 2 Parks - Tsavo East and Amboseli. We wanted rain and clouds - we got it, we wanted to see lionesses - we saw them many. Unfortunately, we did not see Kilimanjaro completely, but we will leave this for next time.
In terms of organization, everything was on time and promptly. Perhaps, of the many Companies where I contacted for information on tours, the answers from Benjamin were "lightning fast", which is very important for all of us - busy people.

My mom and I had an amazing experience from start to finish with KITS. Ken was one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had. He was very personable and made us feel safe and cared for. He went out of his way to show us the animals (including birds!) that we wanted to see and was very knowledgeable and patient when sharing facts. Ken was also extremely patient (compared to other drivers) and strategic when positioning the car to view the animals which we highly appreciated.

Although we didn't get to see the river crossing, we were able to see the Big 5 over the span of 4 days (Lake Nakaru 1 day and Masai Mara for 3 days)!

Safari dreams came true! 一圓獵遊夢！ ​​Benjamin and our safari driver Gideon were so patient and experienced. The very first day because the flight was delayed, we couldn’t arrive at the airport as scheduled. Benjamin tracked our new flight and adjusted the itinerary to adapt to this unexpected situation. Also the safari tour in Amboseli, lake Naivasha, and Masai Mara were awesome! We were lucky to see the black rhinoceros, lion papa, lion mama, and lion babies in a very short distance. They just lay down next to our car! During the whole safari tour, our driver Gideon shared lots of knowledge about animals and stories with us. He recognized every road by heart, and knew where to see animals. Gideon was undoubtedly professional and very kind. All in all, this 6 days 5 nights safari tour was unforgettable and fantastic, many thanks to ​​Benjamin, Gideon, and KITS teams.
Little reminder: be cautious of the tipping culture in Kenya. In Kenya, tipping is common practice, especially in the tourism and hospitality industry. While tipping is not mandatory, it is widely accepted and expected. When giving tips, consider the quality of service and your own financial capacity in determining an appropriate amount.

這趟六天五夜的肯亞獵遊之旅非常令人難忘，吃住都很棒。偶爾遠離都市、遠離塵囂，去非洲看看，不只開眼界、洗滌心靈，也讓我們親身看見世界上有這樣不同的生活模式，並更加珍惜現在自己所擁有的一切。
小提醒：在肯亞，給小費是一件很常見的事，不論是去餐廳用餐、導遊司機、飯店服務生，通常都會期望收到小費，適度地給予是種禮貌，大家根據對方的服務品質和自己的經濟能力評估要給多少就好，不需要有壓力。有了小費文化的概念，並把小費納入旅遊花費的一部份就不會太衝擊了。

Excellent Safari Experience My family and I just completed a 8 day Kenyan Safari with KITS, and we couldn’t have been happier with Benjamin and his team. Communication was quick and responsive from initial contact, planning, during the safari, and after the safari. KITS takes customer feedback seriously and asks for ways to improve experiences for future clients. Our Safari Guide John was very knowledgeable, professional, and positioned the safari vehicle for the best views of the wildlife. We were able to get spectacular views of the Big 5, the Great Migration crossing, and even witnessed a kill. I would not hesitate to book with KITS again for future safaris.

Top of the game team! We booked a 7-day Safari tour in Kenya with KIT in September 2024. It was an absolutely fantastic experience overall with Benjamin’s help in organising the tour and David and Sammy as our guide/ drivers.

Benjamin was professional, attentive to details, and responsive throughout the process - from quotation, pre-trip preparation to airport pickup. The itinerary was customised to our needs and comprehensive, covering the key national parks including Maasai Mara.
