This Kenya & Uganda Gorilla / Chimpanzee Habituation Safari 12 Days is good for those who want to see both the Premium Kenya’s beautiful National Parks and to extend to Uganda to see  the world’s great primates in the names of mountain gorillas and

chimpanzees and spend more time with them. This trip takes you to the southern

part of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in the Rushaga sector of bwindi for

gorilla habituation experience and then to Kibale National Park for chimpanzee

habituation. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is considered to be the best park

in the whole world offering gorilla trekking activity. Please Note, that One needs

to be 15 years and above to go for gorilla and chimps habituation.

Day 01: Nairobi to Amboseli Park

Day 02: Amboseli National Park

Day 03: Amboseli to Lake Naivasha

Day 04: Lake Naivasha to Lake Nakuru

Day 05: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara

Day 06: Masai Mara National Reserve

Day 07: Masai Mara to Nairobi Airport- FLY to Entebbe Hotel

Day 08: Entebbe to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Day 09: Gorilla habituation experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Day 10: Drive to Kibale Forest National Park for overnight.

Day 11: Chimps habituation in Kibale National Park

Day 12: Drive back to Entebbe International Airport  -FLY OUT

Please Note:

Gorilla & Chimpanzee Habituation permits need to be secured in advance, and their availability can impact the final itinerary.

-One has to be 15 years and above to trek mountain gorillas

Transportation is the van in budget and land cruiser in midrange unless communicated

What   to   pack   for   Gorilla & Chimpanzee Habituation:
  • Raincoat and sweater
  • A cap to protect your head and sunglasses to protect your eyes from the same.
  • Hand gloves will help protect your hands from sharp tree branches.
  • Hiking Boots: a tracker needs to acquire shoes with good grip/traction and can cover the
  • feet/ankles.
  • Clothes recommend long sleeved top and a long pair of trousers, cream, brown, grey and dark
  • green.
  • Insect Repellents:
  • Long stockings since you will have to tuck in your pants
  • Trekking sticks are given at the park but you bring a unique one with you if you want.
