NOTE: After a safari package price agreement has been reached at with our client(s) ,we shall send you the company’s official Bank Account for Kenya Incentives Tours & Safaris.

DO NOT SEND MONEY TO A PERSONAL ACCOUNT.

Reservation:

A deposit of 50% of total safari cost is required at the time of booking and the balance to be paid in dollars on arrival at the airport or at the reserved hotel.

Cancellation:

Cancellation of a booking or failure to join a tour will result in retention of funds by Kenya Incentives Tours & Safaris as follows: That upon receipt of written cancellation by the tour client:

• In case it’s cancelled or reduced 35-14 days prior to the day it was originally booked, 15% of the amount paid will be charged.
• If the reservation is cancelled or reduced 14-2 days prior to the day it was originally bocked will result in 33% of the amount paid.
• If the accommodation is canceled 24 hours before arrival, 100% of the total amount paid will be charged.
• If the accommodation is not cancelled 24 hours before arrival, an additional 20% of

the amount is charged as administrative fees of the total deposit (For cancellations 1, 2 ); the balance will be reimbursed as per client’s bank details and instructions as per the cancellation category.

KINDLY TAKE NOTE:

In the event the cancellation period exceeds the captured time frame i.e. cancellation done earlier than 35 days prior, PLEASE NOTE that 20% of the amount is charged as administrative fees of the total deposit shall be exercised accordingly.

Transportation:

Cars, minibuses, 4×4 cruisers or coaches will be provided depending on the tour chosen.

Accommodation:

Based on two persons sharing a twin room / tent: where possible rooms with private bath are requested. Single rooms are available at an additional cost and can be guaranteed on request. Hotel /lodges are named as an indication of category and rooms may be reserved at similar hotels/lodges.

Rates:

Included are all expenses in respect of vehicle and driver guide as per itinerary, meals While On Safari, entrance fees to National parks and Game reserves.

Liability:

The company and its agents act only as agents of the tours, transport, etc. And shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage in any manner.
