The joint mass of Tsavo West and Tsavo East National parks forms one of the largest national parks in the world and covers a massive 4%of Kenya’s total land area. Masai Mara National Reserve is one of the best plains' game reserve where you can actually encounter a live Discovery Channel, a haven for viewing a congregation of all sorts of animals in a five-mile radius: A pride of lions can be spotted ready to make a run for a gazelle (actually, the last time we visited the Masai Mara we saw a lioness take down a giraffe), a cheetah and its cub taking a nap on a rock, a pair of ostriches walking the open stretches of the savannah.

AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK, KENYA - KILIMANJARO’S ROYAL COURT

Amboseli lies north west of Mt Kilimanjaro, on the border with the Tanzania .It was established as a reserve in 1968 and Gazetted as a national park in 1974.The park covers 390.26sq.km² and forms part of the much larger 3,000sq.km² Amboseli ecosystem. Large concentrations of wildlife occur here in the dry season, making Amboseli popular tourist destination. It is surrounded by 6 communally owned group ranches namely olgulului, kimana,imbirikani,kuku,Selengei and Rombo .


Samburu National Reserve, Kenya

Samburu National Reserve is a rugged and semi-desert park located in Northern Kenya Kenya. The park neighbors the homes of the Samburu tribe of Kenya, a tribe known for their remote culture, pastoral and nomadic way of life. Due to itslocation the park has retained a naturally serene and quiet feeling. The reserve's topography is mainly open savannah (grassland) with clusters of acacia trees, forest, thorn trees and grassland vegetation.
